The Government of Ghana arranged for an architectural competition for a model design for its chanceries worldwide that would project its leadership for a “free, proud and confident Africa”.

Sutherland & Sutherland were engaged by the owners of the development to act as employers representatives.

The Client needed an old residential building they owned converted into a modern office complex for their business expansion.

The Client had acquired a property in the new financial district of the city of Accra. As an aspiring young company, they wanted to develop a new corporate image that would carry their company into the near future as market leaders in their field.

This five-storey mixed use building was designed to accommodate the Clients consultancy business in their own premises and provide two floors of rentable apartment spaces.

The Client desired an African themed interior with an easy flow of offices and workspaces
