The 22 apartment complex is fitted on a 1.4-acre site. It has two three-storey blocks on the west and east sides with a large central car park.

Each block offers a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with the east block having two additional 4 bedroom apartments. The complex is approached off the main road through a central security gate and has a screened community pool beneath the large two-storey high archway for the east block.
