Project: Commercial Refurbishment

The Client needed an old residential building they owned converted into a modern office complex for their business expansion. With only minor demolition, the addition of a staircase wing on one side, and a new roof design, the façade was completely transformed.

The simple horizontal lines of the frontage provide a welcome sense of shading and turn into the vertical transparency of the new staircase wing. The interior atmosphere was brightened up with new larger windows, light reflective flooring selections and ceilings.
