The layout was designed around a 1.2 km long pedestrian walkway that linked all the community facilities for a school, crèche, library, shopping, recreation and sports club and encouraged residents to enjoy walking its carefully designed tree-shaded avenues. The hilly environment and beautiful views were fully capitalised on to the benefit of the community. The homes were designed so house owners could choose from a range of different house types built to the high-quality brand of African Concrete Products limited.

As part of its social responsibility, the ACP Estates also developed a wooded lot on the slopes of an adjacent hill to preserve the natural green belt established by the City Planning authorities.
