Sutherland & Sutherland were engaged by the owners of the development to act as employers representatives with three mandates:

1. To assist the design architects to develop the initial design concept into an iconic building
2. Lead a Project Support Team of consultants to review the design documentation and value engineer the Design-Build contractor’s proposals.
3. Lead the Project Support Team to oversee the construction, optimize the quality and control the cost to complete the project within budget.

The successfully completed project was executed by a full Ghanaian team of Contractor, Consultants and Project Support Team.
